Anne O’Brien is a graduate of Villanova University, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and an Honors program certificate, and St. John’s University School of Law. At St. John’s, she was a member of the Law Review, a Law Review articles editor, and a research assistant for a law professor. Prior to joining Carman, Callahan & Ingham, LLP, Anne gained substantial litigation experience in a wide variety of matters – first, as an associate at a defense firm representing the interests of major metropolitan medical centers and their physicians, and later, as an associate at a full service, mid-size New York firm, where she represented the interests of insurers in life and insurance coverage disputes. At CC&I, Anne’s practice focuses on dispositive motion practice and appellate matters.
