Greg attended St. John’s Law School and was admitted to the New York bar in 1992. After obtaining his business undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona in 1984 he returned to New York to work at Chase Manhattan Bank where he rose to the position of Assistant Treasurer in the banks Money Transfer Unit with the responsibility to manage a team of analysts to automate manual production processes. In 1988 he began his study of law in the night program at St. John’s Law School. After graduation, he began his legal career with the Town of Oyster Bay as an Assistant Town Attorney. In 1993 joined the firm of Carman, Callahan & Ingham.
Greg currently has a general practice and concentrates in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, landlord tenant matters, leases and oversees the firms’ representation of residential lending for banks and private lenders. In addition, he represents religious and fraternal organizations, other not-for-profit entities, private developers, builders, homeowners, professionals and business entities and assists clients with estate planning, elder law planning and families who seek the appointment of a guardian.
In addition to his law practice, Greg serves as the Deputy Town Supervisor for the Town of Oyster Bay, Commissioner to the Assessment Review Commission of Nassau County and Trustee for The Hagedorn Little Village School. He has previously served as an Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 261, Village Attorney for the Inc. Village of Farmingdale and as Commissioner of the Republic Airport Commission.
